Grass-fed steaks are leaner, so they cook best with lower heat, shorter cook times, and a short rest after cooking. Overcooking dries them out faster than grain-fed steaks.

This results in beef that’s naturally leaner and cleaner tasting. 

We never use hormones.
We do not use routine antibiotics. Antibiotics are used only in true emergency situations to treat illness. 

Never. Our animals are raised without mRNA vaccines.

Yes. Our poultry is pasture-raised, fed non-GMO feed, and moved twice daily to fresh grass.

Our pigs are raised outdoors and rotated through pasture. During hot summer months, pigs are moved into the forest for shade, rooting, and natural cooling.

At this time, we do not ship meat. We offer local delivery to the Greenville, Washington, and Kinston metro areas, and may deliver farther on a case-by-case basis.

We do ship our pet treats anywhere within the United States.
