Regenerative farming improves the land over time.
Conventional farming often treats soil as a medium and relies on outside synthetic inputs.
Organic farming replaces those with approved chemicals.
Regenerative farming works with natural systems to build soil, restore pasture and forest health, and leave the land better than it was found.
100% grass-fed means our cattle eat only grasses and forage that grow in pastures, from birth to harvest, with no grain or industrial byproducts.
100% grass-fed beef has a better omega-3 to omega-6 fat balance and is naturally higher in certain vitamins and minerals than grain-fed beef.
100% grass-fed beef has a cleaner, beef-forward flavor without a heavy or greasy finish.
It is naturally leaner and cooks best with lower heat and slightly shorter cook times .
Yes — slightly.
Grass-fed steaks are leaner, so they cook best with lower heat, shorter cook times, and a short rest after cooking. Overcooking dries them out faster than grain-fed steaks.
100% grass-fed cattle develop a healthier, more natural body condition on pasture instead of excess fat from grain.
This results in beef that’s naturally leaner and cleaner tasting.
We never use hormones.
We do not use routine antibiotics. Antibiotics are used only in true emergency situations to treat illness.
Never. Our animals are raised without mRNA vaccines.
Yes. Our poultry is pasture-raised, fed non-GMO feed, and moved twice daily to fresh grass.
Our pigs are raised outdoors and rotated through pasture. During hot summer months, pigs are moved into the forest for shade, rooting, and natural cooling.
At this time, we do not ship meat. We offer local delivery to the Greenville, Washington, and Kinston metro areas, and may deliver farther on a case-by-case basis.
We do ship our pet treats anywhere within the United States.
